By accessing this website and booking services with Neatly Cleaning, you agree to these terms and conditions.

These terms govern your relationship with Neatly Cleaning LLC and describe how services are provided, scheduled, and billed. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.


1Service Terms

Neatly Cleaning LLC provides residential cleaning services at the address and schedule agreed upon at booking.

  • Cleaning supplies and equipment are provided unless otherwise arranged.
  • We may decline service if the property is unsafe for our staff.
  • Special requests should be communicated at least 24 hours before service.

2Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee up to 50% of the service amount. If our team arrives and cannot gain entry, a full lockout fee may apply.

3Liability

While Neatly Cleaning LLC carries liability insurance, we are not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or improperly installed fixtures.

Any concerns or damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

4Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods and may place a hold before service to verify funds.
