What's the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning?

A standard cleaning covers routine maintenance — kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. A deep cleaning includes everything in a standard clean plus detailed work like inside the oven, degreasing the stovetop, scrubbing grout, cleaning baseboards, window sills, blinds, door frames, and vents.

What's included in a move-in/move-out cleaning?

Everything in a deep cleaning plus inside cabinets, drawers, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer drums, interior window glass, closet shelves, and detailed floor edges. A walkthrough or photos are required before quoting.

It may. First-time cleans or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned recently may require extra time and effort. We’ll assess the condition during a walkthrough or from photos you provide and give you an accurate quote before booking. There are never hidden charges.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many of our clients provide access through a lockbox, smart lock, or garage code. We’ll coordinate secure access with you ahead of time.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. We bring all our own professional supplies and equipment. If you prefer eco-friendly products, we offer that as an add-on ($15).

What about my pets?

Pets are welcome. We ask that any animals that may be anxious around strangers are secured in a separate room. Homes with significant pet hair may include a $20 pet hair surcharge.
