Specialized Cleanup After the Crew Leaves
Renovations and new builds leave behind fine dust that settles on every surface, along with debris, adhesive residue, and protective film. Our team removes construction dust from all surfaces, cleans interior windows, deep cleans bathrooms and kitchens, dusts vents and fixtures, and finishes with full floor cleaning and mopping so the space is ready to live in.
How Hourly Pricing Works
Post-construction work is priced at $55 per hour per cleaner, or $110 per hour for a two-person team, with a two-hour minimum, so projects start at $220. A walkthrough is required for homes over 2,000 square feet or for heavily soiled projects so we can scope the work accurately before we begin.
